As soon as you contact us, Des Cass will arrange to call and discuss your plans. He will be pleased to bring colour cards, wallpaper books paint samples and to offer practical advice based on his extensive experience. Following visit you will receive a detailed written quotation.
It will contain :

  1. any repairs that are necessary to ensure the satisfactory completion of your work
  2. Details of, and where relevant specifications for, the materials to used
  3. Material and labour costs
  4. An honest estimate of how long the work will take
  5. A start date
  6. What access you will have to give us.
  7. Any security concerns, such as your burglar alarm should you be away during the work.

Before your work commences you will be contacted again, to confirm the start date and any developments on the choice of paint and wall coverings.
Should there be any unforeseen additional work or materials, you will be given an additional quote before the work commences.
We will protect your furnishings and furniture, removing them carefully when necessary.
We will clear up and clean up when the job is finished.
Payment is due when the work is completed, satisfactorily.
